Maintenance Supervisor for 123 unit high rise condo, as key employee liaisons between the client communities, management
and internal staff, projecting a professional and competent image in a friendly and outgoing manner. Must be able
to identify problems in every phase of general maintenance, which includes electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Painting, Patching,
General Hardware and Cleanliness. Must have previous experience and be able to accomplish minor repairs, implement preventative
maintenance, train and supervise staff and vendors in all areas. Must ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are
operational and properly maintained. $40/month cell phone reimbursement will be provided. No other benefits provided at
